About The Position

The Meat and Seafood Team Member may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service and helping create a hospitable shopping experience through product knowledge, merchandising, stocking, cart collection, and housekeeping. The position pays $17.85–$18.62 per hour and requires schedule flexibility, including availability for weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
