About The Position

The Meat and Seafood Team Member helps The Fresh Market deliver an extraordinary everyday eating experience for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The position is located at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209, and pays $13.00–$14.50 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• A passion for providing extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by learning guests’ wants and needs and helping them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and weekly ad items, and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including following uniform standards.
