About The Position

OCES is seeking a caring individual to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites for its Meals on Wheels Program, which provides nutritious meals to consumers. The role supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by helping promote healthy, safe living and independence. This is a floater position associated with OCES’s expansion across additional South Shore towns.

The position offers a 20–25-hour work week with some flexibility and a standard Monday–Friday schedule. The role is part of an enthusiastic team and offers opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice To Haves

• Food service experience is desirable but not required.

• Understand and follow regulations and procedures.
• Provide care and sensitivity to the population served.
