About The Position

OCES is seeking a caring Meals on Wheels Site Manager to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites. The program provides nutritious meals to consumers, including older adults and individuals with disabilities. The role supports OCES’s mission of promoting independence, dignity, and healthy, safe living in the community. This position is a floater role in Hingham.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or degree preferred.
• Food service experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow applicable regulations and procedures.
• Provide care and sensitivity to the population served.
• Provide nutritious meals to consumers.
• Oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites.
