About The Position

OCES is seeking a caring Meals on Wheels Site Manager to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites. The program provides nutritious meals to consumers, including older adults and individuals with disabilities. OCES supports consumers’ independence and dignity through information and services that promote healthy, safe living. This position is a floater role serving Scituate, Hingham, and Hull.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice To Haves

• Food service experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites.
• Provide nutritious meals to consumers.
• Understand and follow applicable regulations and procedures.
• Provide care and sensitivity to the population served.
