The MDU Growth Lead is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Bay Area MDU Growth team in support of Sonic’s fiber sales initiatives within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities. This role combines frontline sales leadership with hands-on field execution, including canvassing, side-by-side selling, sales coaching, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate is a motivated field leader who can inspire and develop team members while driving consistent sales results. This individual will support daily sales execution, provide real-time coaching and feedback, identify growth opportunities, and communicate actionable insights and reporting to the MDU Sales Market Manager.
