We are seeking a hands on product and operational leader to unlock the full value of wireless convergence and monetization in Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs)—before, during, and after the resident move. This role owns the operationalization of converged offers, ensuring they work cleanly across channels, lifecycle moments, billing, and customer experiences. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, monetization operations, and cross channel execution, translating converged growth strategy into repeatable, scalable offers tailored to MDU environments. This leader will reduce offer sprawl, eliminate billing friction, and enable convergence to scale as a core growth motion—not a series of pilots. This role aligns directly to AT&T’s MDU convergence and value creation strategy, maximizing attach, retention, and lifetime value across broadband and wireless. Overall Purpose: Responsible for driving the development, execution, and lifecycle management of specific products/services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and managing the business case and P&L to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value. These are products and/or services that AT&T sells to residential, small to large business and/or global business customers.
