We are seeking a hands on product leader to own strategy and execution for Non Fiber Connectivity solutions in Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs). This role is accountable for enabling resilient, flexible connectivity where fiber is unavailable, delayed, or infeasible—turning non fiber solutions into a purposeful, scalable growth engine rather than ad hoc gap fill. The role sits at the intersection of product ownership, network aware solution design, and cross functional execution, translating AT&T connectivity capabilities into repeatable MDU specific standards, playbooks, and growth outcomes. This leader will partner across Network, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to drive measurable penetration growth while protecting reliability and customer experience. This role aligns to AT&T’s MDU connectivity expansion strategy, focusing on underserved properties and competitive win backs beyond fiber. Overall Purpose: Responsible for driving the development, execution, and lifecycle management of specific products/services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and managing the business case and P&L to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value. These are products and/or services that AT&T sells to residential, small to large business and/or global business customers.
