About The Position

This is a role for someone who's hands-on and technical enough to build their own way out of a problem. You've run paid campaigns and own the numbers. You've also built landing pages yourself, written scripts to automate the boring parts of the job, and stitched tools together to get a campaign live without waiting on engineering or design. You'll run growth experiments across every channel that matters. Paid is the biggest line item, but the role covers SEO, lifecycle, organic social, partnerships, and one-off plays worth testing. You read the data, cut what isn't working, and put more behind what is.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in growth, performance marketing, or a hybrid growth/engineering role at a high-velocity company.
  • Hands-on paid acquisition experience, including owning campaign numbers.
  • Proficiency in building landing pages, automating workflows, and integrating APIs.
  • Strong SQL skills; Python or JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth strategies, with a focus on performance.
  • High agency, low ego, and a fast metabolism for feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to revenue or sales leaders.
  • Strong experience with AI tooling and building workflows.
  • Background as a founder, early growth hire, or full-stack marketer at a sub-50-person company.

Responsibilities

  • Find and scale the next growth channel before competitors.
  • Run experimentation across channels including SEO, lifecycle, referral loops, partner motions, and viral hooks.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
  • Build landing pages, microsites, tools, lead magnets, and internal scripts.
  • Develop and maintain measurement dashboards and attribution models.
