About The Position
TA Realty is seeking MBA Summer Associates for 2027. This internship is project-based, focusing on acquisitions and asset management, offering exposure to Partners and real estate professionals. The project scope will align with the firm's current needs and the candidate's interests and experience. Summer Associates are expected to be hands-on and contribute significantly in an entrepreneurial environment. Internships are available in Boston, MA and/or Newport Beach, CA, lasting approximately 10 weeks from mid-June through mid-August. Full-time offers may be extended based on firm needs and intern performance.
Requirements
- Current first-year students enrolled in an MBA program.
- Advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and spreadsheet skills.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Intellectually curious and hungry to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to spearhead projects in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Low-ego and highly collaborative team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- 3-8 years of work experience.
- Proven history of academic and professional achievement.
- Demonstrated interest in Real Estate.
Nice To Haves
- MBA program with real estate courses or concentrations.
- Preferred undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate-related field(s) as a plus.
