About The Position

SC Johnson is offering an MBA Supply Chain internship for Summer 2027. This internship provides an opportunity to be involved in strategic, impactful projects within Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy. Interns will gain skills to prepare them for a full-time career in a Supply Chain role at SC Johnson. The project will focus on developing key skills in Strategic Thinking, Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency, Analytical Decision Making, Communication and Stakeholder Management, Change Management & Implementation, and Adaptability & Learning Agility.

Requirements

• 1st year MBA student with a focus in Supply Chain Management or a related degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of Supply Chain or relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and intellectually curious.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent oral, written and communication/presentation aptitude.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently on assignments, complete hands-on learning, prioritize work, and handle a variety of tasks or requests at once.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in strategic, impactful projects that help move the business forward in areas such as Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy.
• Developing key skills in Strategic Thinking, including breaking down complex challenges into actionable components and developing roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Focusing on Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency, including identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and facilitating alignment between diverse teams.
• Engaging in Analytical Decision Making, interpreting data to inform strategies and measure impact, and creating dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Developing Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, including presenting insights and recommendations clearly and influencing decision-makers.
• Participating in Change Management & Implementation, including designing and executing change management plans and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or behaviors.
• Enhancing Adaptability & Learning Agility, including navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and quickly understanding new industries, functions, or technologies.
