About The Position

Force Factor is offering a hands-on internship experience for MBA students, allowing them to immerse themselves in a specific business area. This program provides opportunities to work on impactful projects, gain industry insights, and contribute to operations. The internship serves as a gateway to the MBA Leadership Development Program, with the goal of preparing interns for strategic leadership roles within the company.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a full-time MBA Program.

Responsibilities

Engage in the optimization of our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Analyze and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with suppliers and manage logistics to streamline our inventory management system.
Participate in the research and development of our supplements.
Collaborate with our team to bring new products from concept to market.
Contribute to innovation strategies that keep our product line at the forefront of the health and nutrition industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance our presence in both existing and emerging markets.
Engage directly with retail partners, participating in meetings and sales presentations.
Analyze market trends to propose new sales initiatives.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate on branding initiatives to enhance our market visibility and consumer engagement.
Support financial planning and analysis, gaining insights into corporate finance.
Contribute to budgeting processes and help manage financial performance across departments.
Work on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development projects.
Assist in developing and refining our programs, policies, and practices.
