About The Position

SC Johnson is seeking an MBA Supply Chain Intern for Summer 2027. This internship offers involvement in strategic, impactful projects within Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy, contributing to the company's business advancement. The intern will gain skills to prepare for a full-time career in a Supply Chain role at SC Johnson. The project will focus on developing key skills in Strategic Thinking, Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency, Analytical Decision Making, Communication and Stakeholder Management, Change Management & Implementation, and Adaptability & Learning Agility.

Requirements

1st year MBA student with a focus in Supply Chain Management or a related degree.
Graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of Supply Chain or relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, technical, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, results-driven, and intellectually curious.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Excellent oral, written and communication/presentation aptitude.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently on assignments, complete hands-on learning, prioritize work, and handle a variety of tasks or requests at once.

Responsibilities

Involvement in strategic, impactful projects in areas such as Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy.
Develop key skills in Strategic Thinking, including breaking down complex challenges and developing roadmaps.
Focus on Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
Facilitate alignment between diverse teams (e.g., product, operations, marketing).
Engage in Analytical Decision Making, interpreting data to inform strategies and measure impact.
Create dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Develop Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, presenting insights and recommendations clearly.
Influence decision-makers and manage expectations.
Support Change Management & Implementation by designing and executing plans, driving adoption of new tools/processes, and supporting capability building.
Demonstrate Adaptability & Learning Agility by navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and quickly understanding new areas.
