You’ll play a key role on our Strategy & Operations team, leading cross-functional initiatives, ambiguous projects, and ambitious goals. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based at our Dallas headquarters (The Link, 2601 Olive Street). Requirements

Will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 from a full time MBA program
Has hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to solve real business problems and naturally incorporates AI into their daily workflow while staying current with emerging technologies.
Has approximately 2+ years of relevant full time experience
Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can effectively prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across diverse teams, influencing outcomes without relying on formal authority.
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with Google Workspace.
Demonstrates strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Embraces continuous learning, adapts quickly to change, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of how Momentum operates.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, delivering measurable business impact.
Analyze data, develop business cases, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
Design scalable processes, AI-powered solutions, and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency.
Own project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
Develop executive-ready presentations, communications, and materials that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders across Momentum and our portfolio companies to drive alignment and execution.
Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives while continuously expanding your business acumen and leadership capabilities.
