Maximo Business Analyst II
About The Position
The Building People is seeking a skilled Maximo Business Analyst to support enterprise asset management initiatives through business process analysis, requirements development, and technology optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders to identify business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and recommend solutions that improve operational performance. This role combines business acumen, technical expertise, and communication skills to bridge the gap between end users and technology teams while ensuring IBM Maximo effectively supports organizational objectives. Anticipated role breakdown: requirements gathering and analysis (35%), process improvement (25%), customization and development (20%), system administration (15%), and training and support (5%).
