About The Position
Fortis College in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced, motivated Mathematics Professional to teach in its programs. The role is a part-time faculty position focused primarily on teaching Mathematics courses. The typical teaching load is two courses per term, with one or two course preparations. The instructor will also advise students and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Mathematics, or a master's degree with at least 18 graduate credits in mathematics.
- At least three years of experience in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- Prior higher education or postsecondary teaching experience.
Responsibilities
