About The Position

Our client, a medical technology (MedTech) company located in Sarasota, FL, is looking to hire a Light Industrial Materials Coordinator. This role administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The coordinator is responsible for accounting for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities and auditing goods received into the warehouse. They will oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, along with related reporting, in accordance with established procedures. Additionally, the position involves preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space, and ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. This position requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training, with clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines for decision-making. The role demands a basic understanding of work routines and procedures within its discipline, with well-defined technical procedures.
