About The Position

The Material Sorter hand-sorts pallets and other materials within a distribution facility, helping maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. This active role is vital to plant production. The position is based at 3955 Mill Road, Bryant, WI 54418, and pays $17.00 per hour. The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the facility.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailer moves within the yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with plant management regularly.
