About The Position

Handles incoming and outgoing materials to support production requirements. The role processes incoming materials and customer returns, monitors inventory availability for production, helps fulfill customer needs, and coordinates accurate cycle counting. The position requires safe and efficient forklift operation, computer skills including Excel and SAP, and fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location. Previous material handling experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
• Computer skills, including Excel and SAP.
• Fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Resolve exceptions to incoming materials processing.
• Process customer returns in business-related software and work with other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor production and ensure sufficient inventory is on hand and available as needed.
• Work with various departments to fulfill customer needs, including maintaining customer orders and expediting incoming orders.
• Coordinate cycle counting and ensure its accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
