Material Handler - 2nd Shift - $24.30/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium
About The Position
The Material Handler maintains adequate raw material inventory in production areas by requesting products from the warehouse and assigning them to designated production areas. The role verifies product labels and counts, transports materials to designated storage locations, and assists with job setups, changeovers, lot closures, and line clearances. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with overtime as needed by the business. Compensation is $24.30 per hour plus a $1.00-per-hour shift premium; the role is also bonus eligible and offers benefits. Travel is 0%.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in percentages, decimals, accuracy, and documentation by passing a written assessment.
- Lift up to 70 pounds and maneuver materials weighing up to 110 pounds.
- Meet attendance expectations and overtime requirements as needed.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing experience or one year of related work experience.
Responsibilities
