About The Position

Join the shipping and receiving team to receive incoming material accurately and maintain accountability records for material receipts, additions, and deletions. Prepare products for shipment according to specifications and customer requirements, transport material internally, and execute standard procedures to help the Logistics team complete tasks on time. Contribute process-improvement ideas in a continuous-improvement environment and help build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping and/or receiving.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds with assistance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• At least 1 year of experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates.

Responsibilities

• Transport material internally.
• Pick and pack products using an RF scanner.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate accountability of material receipts, additions, and deletions.
• Prepare products for shipment according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Help ensure zero product delinquency.
• Execute standard procedures and assist the Logistics team in completing tasks on time.
