Flexcon is hiring Material Handlers for its Columbus, Nebraska plant. The role supports production operations by completing assigned tasks according to company policies, procedures, and standardized work. Employees use judgment within defined practices to address moderately scoped problems, build productive internal and external working relationships, and promote a safe, quality-driven culture. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn the ERP system.
Ability to read and write written work instructions.
Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
Commitment to high safety standards and willingness and ability to comply with environmental and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Willingness to report potential environmental and safety improvements to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

Prior forklift experience; training will be provided.
