About The Position

Kleen Test Products is looking for enthusiastic Forklift Material Handlers to join their team at their Mequon, WI facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, supporting the production of household cleaners and disinfectants. The position is for the B shift, which runs from Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The company emphasizes safety, collaboration, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Operate a sit-down electric forklift safely (certification provided on the first day).
Willingness to be trained on equipment like hand jacks and drum dollies.
Available for an in-person/on-site interview.
Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read pick-lists and use an electronic inventory system.
Great communicator, able to understand and convey instructions clearly.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Value confidentiality and discretion.
Able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down electric forklift safely.
Ensure production lines have necessary raw materials.
Perform "Lot tracking" for incoming materials.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Pick and stage finished goods.
Mark raw materials accurately.
Assist in removing waste from production lines.
Utilize RF scan gun technology for scanning and barcoding.
Process paperwork accurately and on time.
