About The Position
Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a “Material Handler III” based in Milpitas, CA. This is a long-term contract position with the possibility of extension. The role supports shipping and logistics operations through high-volume data entry, inventory transactions, shipment coordination, and cross-functional communication. This position combines computer-based administrative work with warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of shipping/logistics experience preferred.
- Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/shipping environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
- Process shipping, inventory, and logistics transactions accurately.
- Maintain shipping schedules, inventory records, and logistics documentation.
- Perform high-volume data entry using Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and other departments to ensure timely shipments.
- Support warehouse and shipping operations as needed.
- Accommodate overtime, quarter-end workload spikes, and occasional weekend work.
