About The Position

WSI is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator. The position pays $17.00–$18.50 per hour and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Employees can reach $18.50 per hour by the end of their first year, with performance reviews at 90 days, six months, and annually. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and overtime is required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Solid work history.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and verify items against the manifest.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Identify, hold, and segregate defective or damaged material.
• Complete required paperwork according to work instructions.
