About The Position

As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you safely and efficiently move and store raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas. Associates maintain high quality standards and contribute to a positive team culture. The role operates on 12-hour shifts and a rotating two-week schedule of three days one week and four days the next, totaling 15 working days per month for a full-time associate. Night shift includes an additional $1.50 per hour. The position offers training and on-the-job learning opportunities, with advancement prioritized from within.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of forklift experience, which may be gained through work experience and/or education and training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 70 pounds with a team lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Use an RF scanning device to scan goods and maintain inventory records.
• Load finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
