About The Position

WSI is seeking Material Handlers/Forklift Operators in Mount Vernon, Indiana, with opportunity for growth. The position pays $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with the opportunity to reach $18.50 per hour by the end of the first year. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with required overtime. The schedule may change to a weekly rotation between that day schedule and Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; employees must be flexible to work either schedule. Final candidates must have a solid work history and pass a pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen and physical.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must be reliable and safety-minded.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn.
• Solid work history.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen and physical.
