The Master Toyota Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Toyota vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic capabilities, Toyota factory training, and the ability to efficiently complete repairs while mentoring and supporting fellow technicians when needed.
Requirements
- Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MTD) certification preferred
- Toyota dealership experience required
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards
- Complete advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and hybrid systems
- Utilize Toyota factory diagnostic equipment and repair information
- Perform maintenance services and vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
- Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Participate in ongoing Toyota training and certification programs
