About The Position

The Master Teacher develops interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's achievement and the center's success. The position involves working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• CDA or higher required.
