About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing South Carolina Licensure as a LMSW in Rock Hill to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Requirements

  • Must be provisionally licensed and pursuing South Carolina Licensure as a LMSW.
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week).
  • Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided.
  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
  • Approved by the board as a LMSW.
  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
  • Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
  • Flexibility in work schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
  • Offer 30+ hours of availability per week.
  • Conduct 25+ client visits per week.
  • Complete 5 hours of administrative time, including supervisory meetings.
  • See couples/children (with support).
  • Work in the office for the probationary period.
  • Work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote) after the probationary period.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings.
