About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing South Carolina Licensure as a LMSW in Rock Hill to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Requirements

  • Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided
  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a LMSW
  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week)
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
  • Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Deliver exceptional care

  • Dedicate 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings
  • Be open to seeing couples/children (if a behavioral health generalist)
