Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lafayette, IN. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LISW in Indiana
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
  • Independently licensed clinicians in Indiana
