About The Position
BMW of Lubbock, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a Master Service Technician-Mainline to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to dealership standards and manufacturer specifications. The role includes diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, communicating additional service needs to Service Advisors, completing repair records, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Requirements
- Previous experience as a mainline service technician.
- Strong automotive background.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successfully complete an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors about additional service needs and estimated repair time.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly and follow safety regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
