About The Position

The Master Level Automotive Technician performs advanced automotive maintenance and repair, inspects vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshoots issues to ensure vehicles perform appropriately and customers are taken care of. The role applies in-depth automotive repair knowledge and provides high-quality customer service. Technicians perform skilled mechanical work, analyze and diagnose problems, and complete repairs involving areas such as drivetrain, electrical systems, brakes, and air conditioning. The position includes a weekly pay schedule with an hourly guarantee. Sundays are not scheduled, and guaranteed hours are offered.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional auto service and engine diagnostic experience.
• At least 2 ASE Certifications.
• Must have technician tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge.
• Provide customers with service of the highest quality.
• Perform skilled mechanical work and analyze, diagnose, and repair automotive problems, including drivetrain, electrical, brake, and air-conditioning issues.
• Inspect, replace, and/or repair defective parts and perform preventative maintenance on automobiles.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to keep up with changing automotive technology.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in interactions with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers.
• Work both as part of a team and independently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
