About The Position

Within our Corporate Data Governance team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Master Data Manager to lead the team responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical business data across our global organization. You’ll guide master data processes spanning customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, and production data while partnering across the business to strengthen data quality, improve workflows, and prepare our organization for ERP and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience in master data management, ERP systems, shared services, or data management.
  • Experience managing enterprise master data domains within SAP.
  • One (1) or more years of people leadership or management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) or more years of people leadership or management experience.
  • Experience supporting master data readiness for ERP implementations, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience improving master data processes through workflow automation, data-quality tools, or related technologies.
  • Experience working across multiple enterprise data domains, such as customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, or production data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of master data professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and supporting their continued development.
  • Guide the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, and production domains.
  • Provide functional expertise across SAP master data and connected systems, helping teams understand how data and process changes affect the broader organization.
  • Build consistent, repeatable processes for resolving data issues, implementing changes, and maintaining data quality across business applications.
  • Partner with business process owners, technology teams, and data governance leaders to embed clear data stewardship practices throughout business processes.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve master data processes through automation, workflow improvements, and artificial intelligence.
  • Lead master data readiness efforts supporting ERP, digital transformation, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and implement improvements that strengthen data quality, simplify processes, and support evolving business requirements within SAP and integrated systems.
  • Establish meaningful measures for service levels, request volumes, accuracy, data quality, and team performance, providing clear visibility to leadership.
  • Strengthen master data controls, support audits, identify root causes of data quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Develop policies, SOPs, training materials, and job aids that create consistent master data practices across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and other business areas to support effective master data decisions and implementation.
