Requirements

Previous Stellantis, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM dealership experience.
Five to ten years of dealership service experience.
Strong heavy-duty diesel diagnostic and repair experience.
Experience performing major engine and transmission repairs.
Advanced electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Level 3 Master Technician certification.
EV and hybrid certifications.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel systems.
Diagnose and repair electric vehicle and hybrid propulsion systems.
Perform advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability diagnostics.
Complete major engine, transmission, and component repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Accurately document completed repairs, diagnostic findings, and warranty claims.
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.
Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership safety standards.
Mentor and assist developing technicians when appropriate.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair progress.
