About The Position

Spectrum Therapy Consultants is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role at its outpatient clinics in El Paso, Texas. The therapist-owned and led clinic is part of a group of private practices and describes its team culture as collaborative, supportive, and focused on patient care. The position offers an annual salary of up to $98,000, participation in an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, and company-paid benefits with no paycheck deductions for medical, life, or disability insurance.

The Physical Therapist works in a team-oriented clinic environment, contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, supports team members, and helps deliver a high standard of patient care. The role is open to experienced candidates and recent graduates. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Ability to lift 5–35 lbs routinely, carry 5–10 lbs, push 5–150 lbs, sustain gripping of 40–50 lbs, and guard lift loads of 120–140 lbs.
