Part Time Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Bring your passion for wellness, exceptional guest service, and professional massage therapy to Serenity Spa at Tioga Downs. We’re looking for a skilled Massage Therapist who takes pride in providing outstanding treatments and creating a relaxing, memorable experience for every guest. Therapists are employees of the company and are paid for all time worked, not by appointments booked. There are no booth rental fees, all supplies are provided, and you keep what you earn in tips. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current and valid New York State Massage Therapist License
- Demonstrated history of providing exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong knowledge of professional massage practices and spa service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Weekend availability required; open availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
- Deliver consistent, high-quality services while creating a welcoming and relaxing guest experience
- Properly care for spa equipment and use products efficiently to support cost-control standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of all massage, body treatments, and products offered by the spa
- Educate and inform guests about wellness concerns, services, and products
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
