About The Position
The Marlin Bar Server works in a professional team environment focused on sales and service success. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation; proper cash handling and point-of-sale operation; and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for team members and guests. Shifts are scheduled according to business needs. The posted pay rate is state minimum wage plus tips, with the applicable rate varying based on factors including experience, knowledge, skillset, work location, and available budget.
Requirements
- Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Stand routinely for the duration of a shift.
- Safely maneuver equipment and tools such as a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.
- Work scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
