We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, and France. Marketplace is a new organization at Collectors, including PSA Exchange and eBay consignment. We’re looking for an experienced generalist to join our team as a Marketplace Business Operations Program Manager. You’ll oversee critical day-to-day functions and strategic project delivery, ensuring that business critical initiatives are executed efficiently and accurately. You will cover a wide range of projects across all of our business lines and functions. This is a high growth potential role, with a variety of pathways for advancement. You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, Marketplace and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office (with preference to candidates who can work from our Jersey City, NJ office). Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce business operations, strategy, or program management OR 3+ years of management consulting
  • Generalist approach with a willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong internal sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational functions key to the day-to-day running of the business
  • Enable our next phase of growth by building scalable systems to replace manual processes
  • Execute larger scale business transformation projects from start to finish in a highly organized fashion
  • Partner with other functional teams within our business to set up operational rigor and strong cadences to solve their operating challenges
  • Manage bespoke billing and fulfillment programs for key accounts as necessary
  • Leverage AI and other tools to build automation into our processes wherever possible
