About The Position

The Marketing Support Specialist plays a key role in executing Warner Pacific’s marketing strategies in California, Colorado and Arizona to strengthen broker engagement, elevate brand presence, and drive awareness of our products and services. This position serves as a central point of coordination across campaigns, events, promotional, and digital initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, accurate delivery, and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate combines creativity with operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to analyze data, report results, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Westlake Village, CA, Monday- Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, web, and events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Assist in the production, quality control, and distribution of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and oversee marketing project trackers, timelines, and Jira tickets to ensure visibility, progress, and accountability.
  • Assist in management of creative workflows including content review, proofreading, and approval cycles for campaigns and collateral.
  • Support the coordination and management of promotional items, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking to meet event and marketing needs.
  • Oversee social media scheduling, post-performance, and engagement analytics.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide announcements to enhance engagement and alignment.
  • Manage Continuing Education (CEC) credit tracking and ensure timely reporting to participants.
