Marketing Specialist (12 month contract)

About The Position

As a member of KPMG’s Sales Enablement and Marketing team in the Prairies, the Marketing Specialist will support senior team members with events, content marketing, communications, sponsorships, project deliverables and other market activities. Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing with the ability to consistently apply the fundamental principles of marketing and strong understanding of B2B marketing
Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
Strong communication, project management skills and ability to prioritize, with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Event management experience
Resourceful, self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude, strong client service and attention to detail, sound judgement and a highly collaborative, team-oriented style

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing,and software such as Canva an asset
Experience working in a complex matrix-style system and organization structure is an asset

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our regional marketing team to rollout programs across the prairies, share materials, best practices, and enhance overall marketing efficiencies
Support senior team members with events, sponsorships, content creation, social media, campaign coordination and other marketing activities
Assist in the development and production of marketing collateral, including slipsheets, presentations, pitch decks, communications, and social media
Help measure the success of marketing activities, by compiling data for pre-determined objectives and KPIs
Desktop publishing and light graphic design to ensure materials are on brand
