The Marketing Lead is a champion for our customers. They will build campaign & communication strategies while driving and implementing integrated customer-first marketing plans for the business across paid, owned and earned channels. They will drive trips & transactions across our Pro, DIY and DIFM customers. Working closely with internal merchandising and cross-functional partners, they optimize current campaigns and initiatives to improve performance. They track progress and communicate results regularly with the 360 businesses to ensure visibility and alignment. They are responsible for leading the team & coordinating campaign details across various internal merchandising and other cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless end to end campaign execution across all channels, providing recommendations and updates to their 360 businesses to ensure visibility and alignment. Additionally, they will lead a team of marketing specialist(s) in driving marketing initiatives for their respective portfolio.
