About The Position

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of integrated marketing programs across JK Moving’s business units. This role translates established marketing strategies into coordinated, multi-channel campaigns while ensuring consistency in brand voice, positioning, and customer experience. The Marketing Specialist executes day-to-day campaign activities across key channels, including CRM, email, and direct marketing. This role collaborates cross-functionally to support alignment with business priorities and contributes to marketing performance through effective execution, data insights, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support execution of multi-channel marketing programs from planning through performance tracking
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), including segmentation and basic workflow management
  • Working knowledge of applying brand voice, positioning, and messaging across channels
  • Experience tracking campaign performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative work style

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C segments in alignment with established strategy and business objectives
  • Support coordination of campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables across channels including email, CRM, digital, print, and direct mail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution
  • Execute email marketing and CRM campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign setup, deployment, and basic performance tracking
  • Support direct marketing initiatives, including vendor coordination, list preparation, and execution tasks
  • Maintain data accuracy and support processes related to lead management and customer engagement
  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across marketing materials
  • Support organization and maintenance of marketing assets, templates, and content resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate development and delivery of marketing materials
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in analyzing results and applying insights to enhance future campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to testing and optimization efforts under guidance from marketing leadership
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and business unit teams to support campaign execution and alignment
  • Assist in the development of marketing and sales support materials
  • Build understanding of service lines to ensure accuracy and relevance in marketing efforts
