About The Position

The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading branding and culture efforts for the Net Conversion (agency) brand. This includes developing and executing strategies for brand communications and creative branding initiatives, as well as upholding the culture and values of Net Conversion, which is one of our most important pillars at the agency. This role involves promoting the Net Conversion brand, communication, culture, and values through social media, PR, and on-and-off-site events to drive growth, engagement, and traffic to our website.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • 1-2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of all Net Conversion social media channels - Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and others as needed
  • Own Net Conversion’s monthly newsletter and netconversion.com website management
  • Work with Analytics to refresh and maintain social and website analytics dashboard and manage those respective efforts to maximize performance
  • Plan and execute a content calendar to ensure brand-consistent messaging
  • Create and deliver case studies, white papers, executive bios, press releases, and media relations content
  • Identify speaking opportunities for the Net Conversion leadership team
  • Proactively drive social relationships and partnerships with media partners, partners, and prospective partners that can create engagement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Net Conversion management and admin to brainstorm and conceptualize internal and external events
  • Lead planning and production support for the design and implementation of all events
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for assigned events
  • Lead all culture initiatives for the team, including celebrations, onboarding, etc
