About The Position
Henkel is looking for a Specialist Brand & Trade Marketing to join their team in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on brand and trade marketing activities, including design development, merchandise selection, retail equipment management, promotional planning, digital content management, influencer engagement, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferable in marketing)
- More than 3 years of work experience (experience in international companies is preferable)
- High analytical skills (big data analysis)
- High presentation skills
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- English, upper intermediate level (B2)
Responsibilities
- Design development in collaboration with advertising agencies for product packaging, marketing materials, retail equipment, and demo tools.
- Manage branded merchandise selection, ordering, and production monitoring.
- Oversee the selection, ordering, and production of retail equipment.
- Manage the selection and production of demo tools.
- Prepare and maintain the promotional activities calendar, plan and calculate promotional campaigns, and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.
- Prepare and update price lists.
- Manage new product introductions and product discontinuations.
- Manage website content and updates, and develop/execute a Social Media content calendar.
- Work with internal Henkel systems and resources (PIM, DAM).
- Manage and maintain a database of DIY opinion leaders/influencers, communicate with them, and develop engagement plans.
- Work with SAP for purchase orders and prepare internal documentation.
