Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, or consumer marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and grow our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on engagement and B2B opportunities.
  • Create and schedule high-quality content, including videos, photos, and written copy, tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Develop eye-catching visuals and multimedia elements such as static images, videos, infographics, brochures, and interactive content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and captivates our target audience.
  • Assist in developing and managing content for employee communications channels.
  • Seek out industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and showcase our brand's strengths.
  • Partner with industry influencers and thought leaders to expand content reach and credibility.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers, partners, and industry organizations to enhance brand loyalty and collaboration.
  • Manage and ensure visitor experience is seamless and engaging by creating interactive and informative displays that capture attention and communicate our brand's value proposition effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to be involved in community events and initiatives or partnerships that resonate with our brand values and mission. By actively engaging in community activities, we not only strengthen our brand presence but also build meaningful connections with our audience.
  • Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to advertising across all platforms, aligning messaging and creative elements to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to synchronize campaigns and maximize impact across digital and traditional channels.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
