About The Position

This role focuses on developing, executing, and monitoring strategic marketing initiatives for the aftermarket product support organization. The specialist will translate data into actionable plans, create campaigns to achieve business goals, understand customer behaviors, and gain in-depth knowledge of products and services to enhance communications and brand awareness. The role involves executing marketing campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and driving sales, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in cross-departmental collaboration, with both creative thinking and analytical capabilities to monitor performance, propose improvements, and drive marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively more senior responsibilities in marketing, sales, digital strategy, customer experience, and CRM, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute innovative and results-focused marketing programs and campaigns consistent with marketing best practices that result in sustainable growth.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, BT, Legal, Sales, and HR.
  • Analytical skills to report KPIs and identify trends and challenges, using data to drive actionable customer-focused insights.
  • A high level of attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to interpret business needs into marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Must be passionate about customer experience and demonstrate a willingness to stay up-to-date with marketing best practices, new technologies, and new ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working in CRM tools required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a retail-centric organization, preference for dealer or franchise-based brands.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Data Cloud) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative marketing campaigns that reach target audiences through traditional and digital channels.
  • Identify key target market segments, personas, and stakeholders for marketing programs.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, engaging, and relevant.
  • Track and measure budgets to increase marketing effectiveness and productivity.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing projects, including campaign ROI, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in researching competitors by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Support business strategies by gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative market and customer data.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate data into insights and proposals for profitable growth initiatives.
  • Integrate with internal aftermarket and product support sales teams to understand business goals, customer voice, segmentation, and performance gaps/opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve annual business plans and multi-year growth goals.
  • Create personalized customer experiences by shifting go-to-market plans from product-driven to customer-centric.
  • Assist in customer data-mining efforts and deploy business development skills to identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with digital marketing, eCommerce, and product support sales teams in developing strategy, design, and content across channels.
  • Maintain an understanding of current OEM campaigns and communicate offers.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral and support materials.
  • Act as a brand advocate by reviewing marketing materials for consistency across platforms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
