About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking highly motivated marketing and concierge professionals with outgoing personalities and financial motivation to work in off-property locations. The role promotes and books vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for eligible off-site guests and visitors. The posting describes earning potential of $60,000–$100,000, with top producers earning more than $200,000. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- At least 1–2 years of face-to-face consumer sales or marketing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Highly driven and self-starting.
- Detailed understanding of the local area.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and sales of mini-vacation packages to eligible off-site guests and visitors.
- Confirm guest appointments to guarantee tour reservations and improve the show rate.
- Distribute HGV information, collateral, and materials while maintaining location operating standards.
- Follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet minimum eligibility standards and monthly costs are met.
- Carry out other reasonable requests from management that the employee is able to perform.
