About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking outgoing, financially motivated professionals with a positive demeanor and a commitment to extraordinary guest service for work at off-property locations. The role is suited to candidates who enjoy starting conversations and can quickly build rapport. Greeters are the first point of contact for guests and provide customer service and general location information, while directing guests to the Marketing Team at booths located at the Venetian/Palazzo Resorts, Miracle Mile Shops, and Golden Nugget. The position is commission-based with uncapped income potential. Training pay is $12 per hour; afterward, compensation is commission and bonuses under a compensation plan. The reasonably expected annual hourly-plus-bonus pay range is $55,000–$100,000, with top producers making close to $200,000.
